ICMSA will host a meeting open to all farmers NEXT TUESDAY, 17th JANUARY 2017 AT THE FIRGROVE HOTEL, MITCHELSTOWN beginning at 8.00pm Dealing with two issues impacting on farms; firstly, successionand inheritance of farms and, secondly, the merits of farming as a company. ICMSA has invited two partners from Mason Hayes Curran, one of Ireland’s leading law firms to address the different and often complex questions related to these two topics. Robert Henson, Partner, will outline some of the issues around Succession Planning, while Frank O’Flynn, Partner, will deal with the advantages and disadvantages of Company-formation.
