NOMINATION OF NATIONAL COUNCIL MEMBERS

1. National Council Members

• Eligible sitting National Council members are automatically nominated for the position.

• A member wishing to put their own name forward for National Council should contact ICMSA Head Office via email to meetings@icmsa.ie at least seven days before the Area/County AGM.

2. National Council Floating Seat at Executive AGM’s <> For Delegates Only

• Any nomination from a Delegate to be a National Council Member must include both a proposer and a seconder. The person being nominated must be an eligible ICMSA member.

• The nominations must be received by the General Secretary at least seven days before the Area/County AGM, either by post to ICMSA Head Office at the address below or by email to meetings@icmsa.ie.

• In addition, the member seeking nomination must give the Area or County Secretary at least seven days’ notice of their intention to seek nomination before the Area/County AGM, either by post to ICMSA Head Office at the address below or by email to meetings@icmsa.ie.
