ICMSA Partners with ProTracs to Bring Farm Asset Protection to Members

Dear Member,

ICMSA is pleased to announce a new partnership with ProTracs Limited, an Irish company, to bring farm asset protection to ICMSA member families.

WHY WE DID THIS
Theft from farms is a real and ongoing concern. Tractors, quads, trailers and tools are regular targets, and long rural response times mean stolen equipment is often gone before anyone arrives. We looked for a solution that works on a real family farm, requiring no mains power, no Wi-Fi, and adding no extra jobs to your day. We have assessed the platform, the hardware and the support model on your behalf.

WHAT IS AVAILABLE
– Bluetooth tags for tools, gates, sheds and smaller equipment
– Hardwired GPS terminals for tractors, quads and telehandlers, which keep reporting even if the vehicle power is cut
– Long-life, self-powered trackers for trailers, bowsers and containers left in outlying fields
– A condition sensor for tanks and stores, reporting temperature, humidity and when a door or lid is opened
– EURODOT forensic microdots, which prove ownership if a machine is recovered

Every device reports into one app, giving you live location, geofencing around your yard or holding, and instant alerts.

HOW MEMBERS ARE SUPPORTED
ProTracs looks after supply, setup, training, billing and ongoing support, with an Irish support team and no overseas call centre. ICMSA remains your representative body; ProTracs is who you deal with on the equipment and the system.

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT
A dedicated ICMSA member shop is opening shortly, with the member arrangement applied automatically at checkout. There is nothing you need to do today. In the meantime, you can see the full range, what to fit on which machine, and how the support works at:

If you have questions about how any device would work on your holding, please contact ProTracs directly at icmsa-partnership@protracs.io.
